My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were nice and neat, clean, and quiet after I requested a change. The service was top-notch, super helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, just steps away from the Baltimore Aquarium and other inner harbor attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The dining options were decent, meeting the standards of a typical chain hotel. The facilities were satisfactory, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although my view of the street from the first floor was not ideal. The blackout curtains helped. The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome from the front desk woman, MCA. However, the breakfast had some drawbacks like coffee and moldy bread. The location was convenient for exploring downtown near the Inner Harbor. The facilities were decent, but there were minor issues with dining.
Although the hotel was sold out and unable to accommodate an earlier check-in, my stay was still comfortable and quiet to my liking. The service provided by the professional and meticulous staff, especially by Darius at the front desk, was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was conveniently close to Inner Harbor and various attractions, making it easy to explore the area. However, the dining experience, while offering a variety of options, was not very impressive in terms of quality. Overall, my stay was pleasant with some minor drawbacks.

I was thrilled to find out that the hotel offers an early check-in option, perfect for a quick nap before heading out to the music festival. However, the lack of connecting rooms was a bit inconvenient, especially with the noise from Presidents Street traffic. On the upside, the room was equipped with convenient amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and extra living space.
